California Senator Marie Alvarado Gil: A lawsuit has been filed against California State Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil, accusing her of using her male chief of staff as a sex slave. The lawsuit, filed by Chad Condit, claims that he was subjected to unwanted sexual advances and harassment during his time working as the senator’s chief of staff. According to a report by the New York Post, Mr. Condit alleges that the senator’s inappropriate behaviour occurred over several years, and he felt pressured to comply to keep his job.
Allegations of Unwanted Advances and Harassment
The lawsuit states that Senator Alvarado-Gil frequently made unwanted sexual advances toward Chad Condit. He claims she used her position of power to demand sexual favours, including oral sex, which she treated as a “perk” of her authority. The alleged incidents led Mr. Condit to seek monetary compensation, including for lost wages, loss of earning capacity, employee benefits, and emotional distress.
Details of the Lawsuit Against Alvarado-Gil
The lawsuit, filed in Sacramento County Superior Court, accuses the senator of engaging in “controlling, sexually dominating abuse” of her chief of staff throughout 2023. It claims that Marie Alvarado-Gil repeatedly demanded oral sex, including in inappropriate places such as vehicles. As a result, Mr. Condit said he suffered physical injuries, including three herniated discs and a collapsed hip.
By August 2023, Mr Condit used his back injury as a reason to refuse further advances, but he claims that the senator retaliated by issuing him a disciplinary letter for alleged inappropriate behaviour. This retaliation, according to Mr. Condit, was part of a quid pro quo situation where his refusal to engage in sexual acts led to punishment.
